I speak about marketing, entrepreneurship, consumer behavior, retail, women in business, parenting, community-building, and the evolving relationship between brands and people — and how all of those things intersect in real life, not just on paper.

Most of my conversations sit somewhere between strategy and observation: how people connect, what consumers are craving, where industries are shifting, and the gaps that exist between businesses and the audiences they’re trying to reach.

I’ve spoken at and collaborated with platforms and organizations, including Forbes Under 30 Summit, BrandWeek, the University of Toronto, George Brown College, Toronto Metropolitan University, Shopify, the Globe and Mail, Rise by Barclays, the Black Business and Professional Association, and more.

I also moderate conversations with founders, executives, creatives, and industry leaders — which honestly is my favourite! There’s something really powerful about creating the kind of room where people feel comfortable enough to have the conversations behind the polished answers
